As part of its 50th anniversary initiative, Japanese advertising agency DAC sent a delegation of senior women executives to visit top organizations in New York and Washington, D.C. Their mission was to explore how women’s empowerment can drive corporate value and innovation.

 Washington CORE had the honor of receiving this delegation during their U.S. visit. Chiyo Kobayashi delivered a presentation introducing CORE’s mission and operations, highlighting how the company fosters cross-cultural integration through its guiding principle of “ONE CORE.” She shared internal practices like the monthly CORE News newsletter as a tool for uniting teams that support diverse global clients.
