Mr. Rhys Roth, Director of the Center for Sustainable Infrastructure (CSI) is working toward solutions for persistent infrastructure-based environmental challenges in the Pacific Northwest. CSI’s latest study aims to redefine how governments look at waste, and to identify ways to make its management more efficient, more circular, and economically attractive.
