In recent years, medical research institutions have been deepening their international collaboration on developing an effective drug for cancer. These cooperative projects help researchers to pool their limited resources and share their knowledge in this tremendously complex field. Washington CORE spoke to officials from the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research and the National Cancer Center of Japan to explore the collaboration between the U.S. and Japan in the area of AI-aided cancer drug discovery.
